Hey, I’m Dr. Reji 👋🏼
I’m the Specialist Orthodontist and Medical Director here at Mint Dental Care, and I’m passionate about creating life-changing smiles through orthodontics.
With over two decades of experience and Specialist Orthodontic licenses from both the Dubai Health Authority and UAE Ministry of Health, I’ve had the privilege of transforming thousands of smiles — from children and teens to adults — using Invisalign®, ceramic braces, lingual braces, and other modern techniques.
I’m a proud 2-time Invisalign® Diamond Provider, which means I’ve helped hundreds of patients achieve their dream smile using clear aligners. My approach blends clinical expertise, research-backed methods, and each patient’s unique goals to deliver results that feel as good as they look.
After starting my journey in dentistry in 1998, I followed my dream to specialize in orthodontics in 2005, with international experience in India and Kazakhstan before making Dubai my home in 2012.
When I’m not in the clinic, you’ll likely find me swimming, meditating, practicing yoga, or spending time with my wife (a public health scientist) and our two daughters.

I’m the Specialist Orthodontist at Mint Dental Care, combining surgical precision with the latest in modern orthodontics. I focus on minimally-invasive, non-extraction treatments—using Damon® braces, TADs, Pitts21 Pro Braces, and Invisalign®—to achieve outstanding results with maximum comfort.
My philosophy is simple: blend art and science to enhance your facial harmony while ensuring your journey is as pain-free and enjoyable as possible. As a National Speaker for Pitts21 Braces (2023) and a certified Invisalign® Clinician, I’m committed to continuous learning and bringing Dubai’s most advanced smile-design techniques to you.
When I’m not in the clinic, I’m usually on the golf course, immersed in the latest orthodontic research, or spending quality time with family and friends.
